Refunds

All sales are final, however, in the event a product was received damaged, a replacement can be sent. 

You must submit a request within 48 hours of receiving the product with pictures of the damaged item to requests@jacobs3dcreations.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos and let you know if the replacement was approved or not, as well as, if the product needs to be returned or not. If approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
